Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges
KZ & Company offers a 30-day return or exchange policy. Return and exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery of the original order. Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase may also be required. Exchanges are limited to items of equal value.
If your return or exchange is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label with instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Returns or exchanges sent to us without prior authorization will not be accepted. Items returned that do not meet eligibility requirements may be refused or subject to partial refund.
Returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Claims for defective or damaged items must be submitted within 5 business days of receipt.
To file a claim, please email us with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement, refund, or store credit, as determined appropriate by KZ & Company.
